Thank you for purchasing the VARON oxygen concentrator. We are committed to offering high quality products and excellent customer service. Carefully read the following warranty policy before using the VARON oxygen concentrator to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Information about the warranty of the VARON oxygen concentrator

The VARON oxygen concentrator comes with a one-year warranty. If your oxygen concentrator fails to function due to manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of receipt of the product, we will offer a free repair service. This guarantee guarantees that the generator will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use.

Please note that accessories (such as tubes, filters, connectors, etc.) are not covered by the warranty. We guarantee the quality of our accessories at the time of purchase, but they are subject to wear. VARON Independence warranty exclusions

● Normal wear and tear: Periodic maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal operation are excluded from coverage.

● Abuse and misuse: Defects or damages resulting from the following circumstances are excluded from coverage:

● Improper operation, inadequate storage, abuse or neglect, such as exposure to humans or physical damage.

● Entry of liquids, sand, dirt, food or insects/animals.

● Exposure to extreme heat or humidity.

● Use of the product or accessories for commercial purposes or subjecting the product and accessories to abnormal conditions or uses.

● Lack of preventive maintenance required by the user or the provider.

● Other acts applicable to VARON.

Unauthorized service or modification: Defects and damages resulting from the service, the tests, the installation or the modification carried out by third parties to VARON are excluded from coverage.

Complaints and warranty procedures

To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer service team at support@varoninc.mx within the warranty period. Provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem.

Our customer care team will evaluate the complaint and determine appropriate measures. This may include troubleshooting, replacement of defective parts or, if necessary, repair or replacement of the oxygen generator.

In the case of a warranty claim, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the product. VARON will cover shipping costs for the return of the repaired product or replacement to the customer.

Non-transferable.

The guarantees established here are provided by VARON only to the original Purchaser of the Products and are non-transferable. The original purchase receipt from the purchaser of the Products and proof of identity is required so that the limited warranties established here are effective. For the limited warranty established here to be effective, the Buyer must inspect each product within fourty and eight (48) hours after delivery and before the product is used.

Legal notice

VARON is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from use or the inability to use the oxygen generator, even if it is informed of the possibility of such damage. Once the warranty for your product has expired, VARON is not obliged to cover replacement, repair and shipping costs.
