Refund policy

Return Period:

For all VARON oxygen concentrators ordered from the online store https://varoninc.pt/ , we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery ( accessories are not included in this period ).

Please note that if the request exceeds the 30-day period, your refund request may be rejected and you may not receive a refund.

Please note that the warehouse address cannot be used as a return address . If you need to return the product, please contact customer service via the official email ( support@varoninc.pt ) to obtain the correct return address and send the product to the address specified by customer service.

Situations in which refunds are accepted and fees apply:

1. Request a refund before shipping.
You can cancel your order at any time before shipping free of charge and receive a full refund. Contact our customer service team. We will help you cancel the order. In this case, you will receive a full refund within 3 to 5 business days after the order cancellation.

2. Request a refund during shipping:
If you change your mind after the product has been handed over to the logistics company, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible ( support@varoninc.pt ). We will intercept the package as soon as possible, but we may not always be able to. If you receive the product without intercepting it, refuse delivery. The rejected product will be returned to our warehouse. The refund will be approved as soon as we receive the return logistics tracking number. Please note that we will deduct 5% of the order value as a service fee.

3. Returns after delivery and with the packaging sealed:
If your order was signed for but not opened, and is in its original condition: the machine shows no signs of use or damage and all accessories are complete, your refund request will be approved after we receive the return shipping tracking number and customer service approval. We will deduct 5% of the order value as a service fee. Additionally, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Returns after delivery and unused packaging:
If your package has been opened and is unused, and is in its original condition: no signs of use, no damage, and with all accessories included, your refund request will be approved by customer service after receiving the return shipping tracking number. For returns due to customer reasons (such as ordering the wrong model, not wanting the item, etc.), a 15% repackaging fee may be charged, which will be deducted from the refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. The product is delivered, the packaging is opened and used, and the return process is initiated:
Returns are only accepted for quality issues. Opened and used products affect secondary sales. Please understand.
If there is a quality issue, you must provide evidence of the problem (such as photos or videos), and a quality inspection must confirm that the problem is a product defect. If the product defect is confirmed, the product may be exchanged or returned free of charge.

Situations in which returns are not accepted.
1. The product has been opened, used, or damaged due to human factors (such as scratches or missing parts).
2. The return period has expired (returns are initiated 30 days after the order delivery date).
3. Returns of consumable accessories are not accepted (except for quality issues).

Return and Refund Process: If you need to return the product, please contact customer service via the official email address ( support@varoninc.pt ), indicating the order number and a detailed description. Customer service will review the information provided. If, after review, it is determined that the return and refund conditions have been met, customer service will provide a correct return address via official email. Return the product to the address provided by customer service and inform them of the logistics order number via email. We will process your refund as quickly as possible after receiving the logistics order number provided.

Analysis and Feedback:

After review by our Customer Service department, you will receive the return address. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Quality inspection and processing:

After the deposit is accepted, the refund or exchange will be completed within 3 to 5 business days.

Quality issues must be confirmed by a quality inspection report. In that case, we will cover the shipping costs; return shipping costs for other reasons will be the customer's responsibility.

Priority After-Sales Service:

Quality issues will be repaired or replaced first, rather than being returned directly (especially during the warranty period).
