Shipping Policy

Estimated Delivery Time:

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). The delivery time for oxygen concentrators is typically 3-6 days after the order is placed. The delivery time for machine parts is typically 15-20 business days.

Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as sudden increases in order volume or problems with the delivery service. In the unlikely event that it takes more than 20 days to receive your product, please contact support@varoninc.pt and we will resolve the issue immediately.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping to Portugal is free for orders over €99. Orders under €99 will have a shipping fee of €15.

All customs duties are fully paid and all shipments to all countries are delivered duty paid (DDP), meaning that taxes are included in the final price. In the unlikely event that you incur additional customs fees or postage costs upon import, please contact our Customer Service team for guidance.

If you require delivery to a remote area in Portugal or outside of Portugal, please contact us by email at support@varoninc.pt before placing your order to ensure we can deliver it to your address.


Delivery Locations:

Countries we currently deliver to: Portugal only and some EU countries. We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or APO/FPO addresses. You must provide your physical address to receive your package. Note: Please confirm your delivery address before completing your order. If you need to change your delivery address due to special circumstances, please email our Customer Service team within 48 hours of payment and we will contact you as soon as possible.


How can I check the status of my order?

After you submit your order, we will send you an email with the tracking details so you can check the status of your order. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to arrive. If, for any reason, you do not receive this information, please email support@varoninc.pt and we will keep you informed about the progress of your order.


What if my order is damaged?

If you notice any damage to your order after signing for it, please email support@varoninc.pt as soon as possible, including your order number and photos of the product's condition, and refuse delivery. We will handle your case appropriately.
