Exchange policy

Exchange period: For all VARON oxygen concentrators ordered through the online store https://varoninc.pt/ , we offer a 30-day exchange service from the date of delivery (accessories are not included in this exchange). Please note that if the order exceeds the 30-day period, your order will be rejected.

Exchange Conditions:

1. If you need to exchange the product due to quality issues, please ensure that it is intact and that all accessories are complete (including original packaging, warranty certificate, etc.).

2. If you need to exchange the product due to quality issues, be sure to provide evidence of the problem (such as photos or videos) and have a quality inspection confirm that it is a product defect.

Exchange Process: If you need to exchange the product, please contact customer service via the official email address ( support@varoninc.pt ) and provide the order number and a detailed description. Customer service will review the information provided. If the exchange conditions are met, customer service will provide the correct return address via official email. Send the product to the address provided by customer service and inform them of the logistics order number via email. We will arrange a new shipment as soon as possible after receiving the provided logistics order number.

Standard Exchange Rate:

1. If you order the wrong model, or if the device has no performance issues but does not meet your actual needs, etc., we offer a free exchange service, and you will be refunded or receive a supplement equal to the value of the exchange, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

2. If the product has quality problems and is confirmed to be defective after quality inspection, we offer a free exchange service, and we will cover the shipping costs.

Note: Exchanges of consumable accessories are not supported (if a quality issue is identified, the product will be reshipped).
